The controller shall retain personal data for the time necessary to carry out the tasks arising from the concluded commercial, service contracts, on the basis of the applicable letter of business law.
We comply with the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time based on the applicable national laws as required by the DPA.
We fulfil the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when the processing of personal data violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
Collection of personal data and data necessary for the performance of business-related tasks -. publishing activities, commercial activities, activities related to the promotion of the arts by Artistic publishing house "Lux Artis", Henryków Lubański 370, 59-800 Lubań; NIP: 6131500568, Regon: 020649400 is a condition for the implementation of the above-mentioned tasks.
Please be informed that the personal data collected is not profiled, transferred or shared with international organisations.
